GROWING AND MATURING: Integrated viticulture (no herbicides, ecological tillage, manual leaf removal, green harvesting). Vinification in concrete vats at a gentle temperature with regular pumping over and ageing in oak barrels for 9 months.

High Environmental Value (HVE)
What is it?
The HVE label is an initiative of the French Ministry of Agriculture, based on indicators measuring the environmental performance of winegrowing and farming operations. It is based on four themes: the preservation of biodiversity (fauna and flora), phytosanitary strategy, fertilisation management and irrigation management.
