CULTURE : Integrated cultivation (no herbicides, ecological tillage, manual leaf thinning, green harvesting), meeting all the requirements for HVE3 certification obtained in 2019.

VINIFICATION :

After manual harvesting and careful sorting (with an optical eye machine), the grapes are taken to concrete vats at a gentle temperature for fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. During the first few days, the wine is pumped over twice or three times a day to extract the best tannins. The wine is then aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

This Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a real treat with its perfect blend of Merlot and Cabernet. It is a fruity, well-balanced wine for laying down, with subtle tannins. Harmonious, it has a lovely nose of ripe grapes, enveloped in elegant oaky notes of red fruit and morello cherries.
